1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or playing Crazy Trucks (“the Game”) you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, uninstall the Game immediately.

2. License to use the Game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Game for entertainment.
Commercial exploitation, reverse-engineering, or redistribution is forbidden.

3. Age requirement

The Game is intended for users aged 13 years or older.
If you are under 13, do not play the Game.

4. Virtual items & in-app purchases

The Game may offer virtual currency or items (“Items”). Items have no monetary value outside the Game.
All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

5. User conduct

You must not:

• use cheats, bots, or unauthorised third-party software;
• modify or copy the Game;
• harass or impersonate others;
• attempt to disrupt servers or networks.

6. Analytics & advertising

The Game uses AdMob, Firebase, GameAnalytics, and Tenjin to serve ads and measure usage.

7. Intellectual property

All graphics, code, audio, and trademarks in the Game belong to Bump Games or its licensors.
Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms.
You may cease using the Game by deleting it from your device.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Bump Games harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Mandatory consumer rights under other jurisdictions remain unaffected.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
