Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application published by Bump Games (“the App(s)”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, uninstall the App immediately.

These Terms apply in addition to any terms provided by Apple App Store or Google Play. In case of conflict, the App Store/Play Store terms prevail.

2. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App for entertainment purposes only. Commercial exploitation, reverse-engineering, or redistribution is forbidden.

3. Age requirements

You must meet the minimum age requirement specified for each App:

• Crazy Trucks: 13 years or older
• Confess2Me: 18 years or older

If you do not meet the minimum age requirement, you must not use the App.

4. Virtual items & in-app purchases

Some Apps may offer virtual currency or items (“Items”). Items have no monetary value outside the App. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

5. User conduct & safety

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not:

• use cheats, bots, or unauthorised third-party software;
• post, share, or create objectionable, offensive, or illegal content;
• harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate others;
• attempt to disrupt servers, networks, or other users’ experiences.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and/or access to the App.

6. Analytics & advertising

Some Apps use third-party services (including AdMob, Firebase, GameAnalytics, and Tenjin) to deliver ads, provide analytics, and improve performance. Details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All graphics, code, audio, and trademarks in the App belong to Bump Games or its licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in abusive or objectionable behavior. You may cease using the App by deleting it from your device.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Bump Games harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Mandatory consumer rights under other jurisdictions remain unaffected.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
