1. Who collects your data
The app Crazy Trucks (“the Game”) is published on Google Play by Bump Games (“we”, “us”).

We do not request microphone, camera, contacts, or precise location.
3. How we use the data
- Operate core gameplay features
- Personalise or contextualise ads (AdMob)
- Analyse engagement and retention (Firebase Analytics, GameAnalytics)
- Attribute installs and in-app revenue to ad campaigns (Tenjin)
- Detect and correct crashes
We rely on legitimate interests to measure performance and consent (where required by law) for personalised advertising.
Users can opt out of personalised ads via the in-game consent dialog or through Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We share data only with the SDK providers below, under their own policies:

No data is sold to third parties. AdMob may transmit data to advertising partners to deliver and audit ads.
5. Retention
- Analytics and attribution events: up to 24 months
- Ad-revenue logs: up to 24 months
- Crash data: up to 90 days
Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics may be kept indefinitely.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.) you may:
- Request a copy of your data
- Ask for correction or deletion
- Object to processing or marketing
- Withdraw ad-personalisation consent at any time
We do not sell, share, or disclose personal data to other third parties as defined by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Send requests to bumpgamespublic@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Data access & deletion requests
We store only pseudonymous event data keyed to your Google Advertising ID (GAID).
To receive or erase it, email bumpgamespublic@gmail.com with your GAID
(Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → “Copy advertising ID”).
We will export or delete all Firebase, GameAnalytics and Tenjin records linked to that ID within 30 days.
AdMob data is aggregated; resetting your GAID detaches it from prior events.
8. Children’s privacy
The Game targets users aged 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Parents who believe a child has provided data may contact us for deletion.
9. Security measures
- TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit
- Server-side encryption at rest (AES-256)
- Strict access controls and logging
10. Changes to this policy
Material changes will appear in-app and on the Play Store listing.
Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
